Veterans Path to Hope
Crystal Lake-based nonprofit founded in 1996 that supports veterans and their families in northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin with free counseling, certified peer support, a food pantry, housing assistance, employment assistance, and the New Horizons transitional living program in Hebron, Illinois. It also administers the VA-funded SSVF program in several northern Illinois counties and Kenosha County, Wisconsin.
