Utah Survivor Outreach Services (SOS)
Government program that is part of the Army Casualty Continuum of Care, providing long-term support to surviving families of fallen Soldiers in Utah. Support Coordinators offer long-term case management, benefits explanation, financial-literacy resources, and legal-assistance referrals regardless of cause of death or component.

Board members are trained to provide survivor peer support and grief counseling and to assist with line-of-duty-death funeral planning, Public Safety Officers' Benefits (PSOB) claims, and national and state memorial enrollment. Services including financial support, scholarships, retreats, and the Annual National Conference are free of charge to survivors.
