Bridge House (Plymouth, New Hampshire)
Bridge House is a homeless shelter in Plymouth whose Focus on Veterans program vows to accept all veterans who contact the shelter, connecting them immediately to a VA social worker and a Bridge House case advocate who meets with the veteran weekly on-site.
