Team Two is a scenario-based mental-health crisis training for first responders, administered by Vermont Care Partners and funded through the Department of Mental Health and Department of Public Safety. It trains dispatchers, law enforcement officers, mental-health crisis workers, EMTs, State's Attorneys, and emergency department personnel together in five regions across the state.
