One K9 Corp (The F.O.B.)
Fort Wayne 501(c)(3) founded by service-connected disabled veterans that works to prevent veteran suicide by placing certified service dogs at no cost and operating the Forward Operating Base (F.O.B.), a veteran-led, substance-free peer recovery and community center with a gym, boxing area, peer support, and recovery programming. It also runs a Lifeline Program providing free mobile devices to rural and underserved veterans, and partners with the Governor's Challenge, IDVA, the VA, and local organizations under a "no wrong door" approach.
