- Child or stepchild of an active, Reserve, or veteran Marine (honorable discharge) or Navy Corpsman/Chaplain/Religious Program Specialist attached to a Marine unit; minimum 2.00 GPA; family adjusted gross income of $134,000 or less (2025 tax year) for the 2027–2028 application
