Blinded Veterans Association

Congressionally chartered 501(c)(3) (est. 1946) serving veterans who are blind or have low vision; its Veterans Service Program uses VA-accredited National Service Officers for free claims help nationwide, plus VetTech and education support, scholarships, ambassador peer visits and regional groups. In 2026 BVA partnered with Meta to deliver Ray-Ban Meta AI glasses to 130,000 blinded veterans.
